About the Author
Joe Poltorak has been involved in the vintage clothing business for more than twenty years. Born in Philadelphia, he now resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and wholesales vintage clothing to the trade through his business, American Surplus Clothing. Foreword author Patricia McLaughlin writes a style column for the Philadelphia Inquirer Magazine; it is nationally syndicated by Universal Press Syndicate.
