Resumen

The famous French designer Christian Dior created his revolutionary New Look in 1947, which represented a new chapter in fashion history. The New Look style, with its small waistline and voluminous skirt, created an hourglass silhouette with refinement. This silhouette required structural undergarments such as corselets, bullet bras and petticoats to highlight the feminine form. In the fi fties, fashion became available for the majority of people with the expansion of ready-to-wear designs and the mass production of clothes. FIFTIES FASHION shows some 500 fashion plates of typical 1950s fashion, all very feminine, elegant, unique, and sexy.
